Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases, bookings and participation in Inspired Movement services.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Scope and provider

These Terms & Conditions apply to contracts between the provider below (“Inspired Movement”) and its clients for group classes, personal training, memberships, passes, plans and other agreed services.

Provider
Inspired Movement GmbH
Registered address
Flüelastrasse 278047 ZürichSwitzerland

2. Contract and service terms

The service description, price, validity period and any specific conditions shown at purchase or agreed in writing form part of the contract. If an individual written agreement conflicts with these terms, the individual agreement takes precedence.

A contract is formed when an online purchase is confirmed or when Inspired Movement confirms an individually requested product or service in writing. The version of these terms in effect at that time applies.

3. Services, health and participation

Inspired Movement provides sport, fitness, movement and coaching services. These services support health and well-being but are not medical treatment, therapy or a substitute for medical advice.

  • Clients are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to participate and should seek medical advice when uncertain.
  • Relevant injuries, illnesses, pregnancy or changes in health must be disclosed to the coach before participating.
  • Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions and stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, nausea, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.

4. Accounts, booking and availability

An account in our booking system is required before purchasing products or booking group classes. Group-class bookings, cancellations and waitlists are managed through that system and remain subject to available capacity.

Personal Training appointments are arranged directly with the team and recorded in the booking system. Flexible appointments remain subject to coach availability. A booking is personal and may not be used by another person.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swiss francs and include any applicable VAT. The price shown or agreed when the contract is formed applies.

Group-class products may be purchased online except Annual memberships, which are handled by invoice. Personal Training products are requested through the team and paid by invoice.

Where a fixed Personal Training plan is paid in instalments, the instalments are a payment schedule for the complete plan, not a cancellable monthly subscription. Rescheduling appointments does not pause or change the agreed payment schedule.

Payments are non-refundable. Products, memberships, plans and unused credits are not transferable.

6. Group-class passes and entry offers

The included sessions, access and validity period are stated in the relevant product description. Validity begins on the purchase date unless the product description expressly states otherwise. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period.

  • The Trial Class and Starter Pass are alternative introductory offers for new clients. Purchasing either offer ends eligibility for the other.
  • Regular group-class products provide the access stated in their product description. The Bootcamp Pack may be used only for Bootcamp.
  • The Bootcamp Pack is valid for 8 weeks from first attendance. The first class must be attended within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, the pack expires unused. Making a booking does not start the validity period.

7. Group-class memberships

  • Memberships include access to all regular group classes within the stated session allowance. Each class must be reserved in advance through our booking system, subject to availability.
  • For both Flex and Annual memberships, the stated session allowance applies per membership month, counted from the membership start date rather than by calendar month. Each membership month runs from the start date or its monthly anniversary to the next monthly anniversary. The allowance resets at the start of each membership month; unused sessions expire at the end of the membership month and do not roll over.
  • Multiple sessions may be used on the same day, subject to class availability and the applicable monthly limit.
  • You choose the start date of your Flex membership. Flex memberships are paid monthly and renew automatically on the monthly anniversary of that date unless cancelled before renewal. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid membership month. Cancel through our booking system before the next monthly renewal to prevent the next renewal and charge. No additional notice period applies. Cancelling a subscription and cancelling an individual class booking are separate actions.
  • Flex memberships cannot be paused or frozen, including for holidays or illness. You can cancel before the next monthly renewal and start a new membership when you are ready to return.
  • Annual memberships have a 12-month commitment, are paid by one invoice and do not renew automatically.
  • Annual memberships may be frozen for an illness lasting more than 30 days, pregnancy, military service or a longer stay abroad. Proof is required, the term is extended by the approved freeze period, and no more than one freeze is available per year.
  • Normal holidays and short illnesses do not qualify for a membership freeze.

8. Personal Training products and plans

All in-person Personal Training appointments last 55 minutes.

  • Flexible passes are valid for the period stated at purchase, beginning on the purchase date. Appointments are arranged individually and remain subject to coach availability.
  • The 10x Annual Pass is intended for regular use across the year. A maximum of two sessions may be used in one calendar month.
  • The Weekly Plan and 2x Weekly Plan cover 12 active training weeks and must normally be completed within 16 calendar weeks beginning with the first scheduled session.
  • All appointments for a fixed plan are agreed upfront. Known holidays and absences should be included when the schedule is created.
  • Client-requested replacement appointments are subject to availability and must remain within the 16-week completion window. Sessions not completed within that period expire unless the Studio or coach caused the delay.
  • Fixed plans do not renew automatically. Continuing requires a new purchase and a new appointment schedule.

9. Cancellations and rescheduling

Group classes

A group class may be cancelled through the booking system up to 12 hours before its start time without late-cancellation consequences. Where a session credit applies, it is returned automatically after a timely cancellation.

A cancellation made less than 12 hours before the class starts is late. For Trial Classes, Starter Passes, Drop-Ins, 10x Passes and Bootcamp Packs, a late cancellation counts as a used session. Membership late cancellations are handled under section 10.

Personal Training

A Personal Training appointment may be cancelled through the booking system up to 24 hours before its start time without late-cancellation consequences. Rescheduling must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before the appointment and remains subject to coach availability and the relevant product validity or plan completion period.

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment starts counts as a used session.

Studio or coach cancellations

A cancellation by Inspired Movement, the Studio or the coach does not count as a used session, late cancellation, no-show or membership suspension event. A fixed Personal Training plan deadline may be extended when necessary to deliver an affected appointment.

10. No-shows and membership booking suspensions

For Trial Classes, Starter Passes, Drop-Ins, 10x Passes and Bootcamp Packs, and for Personal Training products, a no-show counts as a used session.

For group-class memberships, three no-shows within 14 days result in a seven-day suspension from making new group-class bookings. Three late cancellations within 14 days result in the same seven-day suspension.

Inspired Movement may review mistakes or exceptional circumstances individually. Personal Training is not affected by the group-class membership suspension rule.

11. Schedule and service changes

Class schedules, locations and coaches may change. Inspired Movement may use substitute coaches, reduce the schedule during holiday periods or cancel a class when there are insufficient registrations or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

A change of coach does not create a right to a refund. If Inspired Movement cancels a class or appointment, the client is not charged a session and does not receive a late-cancellation, no-show or suspension event.

Published product validity periods continue during ordinary holiday schedules unless expressly agreed otherwise. Annual memberships are not paused for normal holidays.

12. Conduct, equipment and facilities

Clients must follow reasonable instructions from coaches and facility operators, use equipment with care, and leave equipment and training areas clean and tidy. Rules imposed by an external venue also apply while using that venue.

13. Insurance and liability

Participation is at the client’s own responsibility, and clients are responsible for adequate health, accident and personal liability insurance.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, Inspired Movement is not liable for consequences caused by a client disregarding instructions, withholding relevant health information or accepting the ordinary risks of physical activity. Liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

14. Data protection

Inspired Movement processes personal data to manage accounts, contracts, bookings, attendance, payments and service communications. Further information about processing, service providers, retention and client rights is available in the Privacy Policy.

Read the Privacy Policy

15. Changes to these terms

Inspired Movement may update these terms for future contracts. The version in effect when a contract is formed continues to apply unless a later version is validly agreed or a change to an ongoing relationship is permitted by law and communicated appropriately.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Courts and jurisdiction are determined by mandatory law; where no mandatory place of jurisdiction applies, the courts at the registered office of Inspired Movement GmbH have jurisdiction.
