When you contact us, we process the details and message you provide to respond and manage any resulting relationship. Please provide only information that is necessary for your request.

Website contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA and delivered through Resend. Messages are received and stored in Google Workspace. Google, Resend, and their service providers may process the submitted and technical data needed to provide these services.

If you use Google appointment scheduling or WhatsApp, the information you provide is also processed by Google or Meta under their respective privacy policies. Email remains available as an alternative contact channel.

We use bsport, operated by BSPORT SAS in France, for schedules, customer accounts, bookings, waitlists, attendance, passes, memberships, purchases, payments, service communications, and newsletters. When you use the embedded schedule or bsport services, bsport and its service providers process the technical, account, booking, and payment-related data required for these functions.

You can unsubscribe from marketing newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Communications needed for an active booking, purchase, or membership may still be sent.

The website is hosted using Google Cloud. Technical connection data is processed to provide the website, maintain security, and diagnose errors.

We use a cookie to remember your language choice.

The schedule is provided through bsport, and the Studio page includes a Matterport 3D tour. These services may receive technical data and use cookies or similar technologies when their content loads. You can restrict cookies in your browser, although this may prevent some functions from working.

Links to services such as Google Maps, app stores, and social networks take you to external providers. Their own privacy policies apply after you follow those links.

Personal data may be accessed by authorised team members and disclosed to providers that support our hosting, email, communication, booking, payment, and website services, or to authorities and professional advisers where legally required or necessary.

These recipients may process data in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries used by their subprocessors. Where required, transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection are protected by recognised contractual safeguards or an applicable legal exception.
